I love to cook various types of Bhapa (steamed) dishes like Chingri Bhapa, Paneer Bhapa, Mach Bhapa etc as they are easy to cook and tastes outstanding. This time I tried the traditional Bengali recipe 'Potol Bhapa'. It's a delight for vegetarians as well as non vegetarians. It is a very easy recipe and calls for minimum spices, yet it tastes simply delicious. Potol Bhapa goes best with plain steamed rice.
