Cook the noodles as per the package direction.
In a bowl add all of the sauces, mix well and keep aside for later use. Oyster sauce is optional though, but it uplifts the taste for sure.
Heat oil in a wok or pan.
Saute the chopped garlic and green chilies for a minute.
Then fry onion slices for 2 minutes. Keep the flame on high all through the cooking.
Then add white part of green onion and fry for 1 minute.
Add the sliced cabbage and fry for 2 minutes.
Add all of the remaining veggies and fry for 2 minutes with some salt.
Make some space in the pan, add 1 Teaspoon of oil and crack an egg along with pinch of salt. Scramble the egg and fry everything for 2 minutes.
Now add the prepared sauce mixture and mix well.
Then add boiled noodles, some salt and black pepper powder. Stir fry them very well for 3 minutes.
Lastly add sesame oil, vinegar and green part of green onion. Mix well and turn off the heat.
